Marine Main Engine Exhaust Valve adopts a combination design of 23-8N stainless steel valve stem and Stellite alloy cladding valve seat. The material yield strength is more than 620 MPa, and the surface hardness can reach HRC 42–46, which can resist high-pressure cavitation and impact wear.
Excellent thermal fatigue resistance
The valve head of the product is forged with Nimonic 80A high-temperature nickel-based alloy, and the thermal expansion coefficient is controlled at 13.5×10⁻⁶/K. The material can maintain more than 85% of its original strength at 700℃, and has excellent heat creep resistance.
Good sealing performance
The key matching parts of Marine Main Engine Exhaust Valve (such as the guide section and the valve seat sealing cone) adopt CNC grinding technology, and the cylindricality and coaxiality tolerances are controlled within 0.01mm, ensuring precise fit with the guide tube and cylinder head seat ring, and a sealing gap within 0.03mm can be achieved in the actual machine test assembly.
