Valve Block Water concentrates multiple waterway control functions in one block, reducing the risk of leakage caused by flanges, threads or welds. The internal flow channel of the block is precisely processed by CNC, and the sealing structure adopts a dual design of O-ring and cone seal. The leakage rate is less than 0.1% under normal application.
Material adaptation to water quality environment
The main structural material is 316 stainless steel or anodized aluminum alloy. 316 material contains 2%~3% molybdenum, which is suitable for highly corrosive media such as seawater and cooling water. The overall pressure resistance level of the valve block can reach up to 420 bar, and the operating temperature range is -20°C to +250°C, which meets the high pressure, high temperature and high salt water conditions of ships and industrial water systems.
Modular configuration
