Advantages
Wear resistance
The nozzle body is made of high-cobalt heat-resistant alloy steel, and the surface hardness is increased to above HV920 through nitriding treatment. The key nozzle area adopts cold working strengthening process to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance. After running for 1000 hours at 200MPa injection pressure, the nozzle wear is less than 0.012mm.
Multi-model universal design
This series of products covers mainstream auxiliary engine models such as YANMAR 6EY18AL, DAIHATSU 6DK-20, MAN B&W L28/32, etc. The size design strictly follows the OEM interface specifications, and the tolerance of key installation parts is controlled within ±0.01mm to ensure assembly compatibility.
Precision nozzle processing
Auxiliary Engine Nozzle adopts laser drilling and CNC grinding technology. The nozzle aperture is stable at 0.22mm±0.005mm, and the nozzle roundness deviation is less than 2μm, ensuring a uniform conical atomization angle during high-pressure injection.

FAQ
Q: What is Auxiliary Engine Nozzle?
A: It is a key component of the diesel engine injection system, responsible for atomizing high-pressure fuel and spraying it into the combustion chamber to ensure full and efficient combustion.
Q: What parts does the fuel injector generally consist of?
A: It mainly includes the nozzle body, needle valve, needle valve spring, pressure limiting device and sealing structure, and some models include filter screen.
Q: What are the commonly used materials?
A: The nozzle body is mostly made of high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel, which is resistant to high pressure and corrosion, and the surface of the needle valve is often heat treated or coated for strengthening.
Q: What parameters should be focused on when purchasing?
A: The number and diameter of the spray holes, the injection angle, the opening pressure, the total length, the size of the installation interface and the compatibility with the injector.
Q: Does the spray hole structure have a big impact on the performance?
A: Very much. Reasonable spray hole arrangement and size directly affect the fuel atomization effect, injection direction and combustion efficiency.
Q: Is it suitable for all fuel types?
A: It is not universal. The matching fuel injector model needs to be selected according to the fuel viscosity, sulfur content and cleanliness to avoid clogging and corrosion.
Q: What are the common faults of fuel injectors?
A: Mainly including nozzle blockage, needle valve stuck, uneven spray, oil dripping or injection delay, which are often caused by unclean fuel or wear.
Q: How to judge whether the fuel injector needs to be replaced?
A: When the engine emits black smoke, has difficulty starting, abnormal fuel consumption, and power decreases, the fuel injector status should be checked.
Q: How long is the service life generally?
A: Under normal maintenance and good fuel filtration conditions, the service life of the fuel injector is about 3000-6000 hours.
